If you are not satisfied with Skyber AI, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to Pro monthly and Pro annual subscriptions as well as the one-time 60-minute test pass.
How to request a refund
Card and PayPal orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for those orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address used at purchase, or contact us from that address and we will pass the request to Paddle. Paddle also handles buyer service enquiries and returns; their terms are published at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
Purchases made inside the Android app
Subscriptions bought through Google Play are billed by Google. Those refunds are requested through your Google Play account and handled under Google Play's refund policy.
Cancelling instead of refunding
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once Paddle issues the refund, your bank or card issuer typically takes a few business days to post it.
