Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

Who you are contracting with

Skyber AI is operated by Investech Skyber ("we", "us"), trading as Skyber AI. These terms form the agreement between you and Investech Skyber. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to them. You must be of legal age, and if you use the service on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The service

Skyber AI is a subscription AI assistant. Access to chat, document analysis, voice and image features requires an active subscription or a valid time-limited pass tied to your account. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you select.

Payment, billing and subscription terms

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at purchase until cancelled. Prices, taxes and the billing frequency are shown before you confirm. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics for card and PayPal orders are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Purchases made inside the Android app are billed by Google Play under Google's terms.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our refund policy. Google Play purchases are refunded under Google Play's refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Skyber AI unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, to harm or harass people, to generate sexual content involving minors, to create malware, to scrape or probe our systems, or to attempt to bypass safety, security or access controls. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

AI inputs and outputs

You are responsible for your prompts, for having the rights to any content you submit, and for verifying outputs before relying on them. Outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for regulated professional advice. We may filter, refuse, remove or restrict content and may act on rights-holder complaints, including terminating repeat infringers.

Your content and our IP

You keep ownership of what you submit and what the assistant produces for you, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. We retain ownership of the service, its software, documentation and branding. No reverse engineering, resale or circumvention of technical limits.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it is deleted.

No warranty and liability

AI output can be wrong. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a purpose, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We exclude indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction and disputes are subject to its courts. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
